Hi there
Last week a member of staff came in very upset that the screen on her new laptop had cracked. She'd left it unattended in a staff room and then came back to find it cracked.
(completely believe she hasn't been careless) so we swapped it.
Today, another member of staff has come in with a laptop with exactly the same issue, the crack on the same side of the screen.
So, do we have a rouge vandal or a set of dodgey laptops?

Hi,
@3s-gtech: could you tell me where to find the threads you mentioned ? I have the same issues with my sister's ProBook and I need a bit more information for argumentation against HP Customer Service.
Thanks a lot
