Got a problem with one of our SB680i Smart boards. The VGA is hooked up fine, but there is something wrong with the USB. The service is definitely running, and the PC knows it is connected, but you can't "drive" the PC from the board. If you pick up a pen and start drawing, it will come up on the PC screen, though.

Any ideas?
