All in One Print copy scan make tea etc

One of my school secs wants a new printer and wants an all in one model.

    Anyone recommend any

She wants it to be a laser.
Her photopcopier contractor is pushing an panasonic kx-mb2000 at her for 189 and promised "low cost toners"

Do they already have a copier under contract? Why not network it and use the document storage facility to scan to a network share, print and possibly fax (if you have a phone line near)

Not enough time in universe to explain the strange printer deployment arrangements at this school but the photcopier is in a room as far away as possible to get in 4 class primary school

    configuring Fax bit difficult.
How difficult - just time consuming or it doesn't work properly?

    regards
