Printer printing in Monochrome
I've had a printer in the staff room sat there for months waiting to be reattached to the network and only got round to it a couple of weeks ago.
It's now been bought to my attention that it is only printing in monochrome. I've gone through every option to see if Monochrome or black has been fixed but to no avail.
I do wonder whether it is the drivers but the thing is i have 5 more of the same printer throughout the school which are working fine so i thought the driver would have been shared.
It's an Epson C1100N

Have you tried a hard reset on the device?

A couple of things to try...
... apologies if you've already done this.
The printer manuals are here, if you don't have them already: Manuals & Drivers for the Epson AcuLaser C1100N Printers and All-in-Ones
Try printing a network status sheet. Does this come out in mono?
If not, log on as administrator and print a test page - is this mono?
To print a network status sheet, follow the steps below.
1. Turn on the printer. The LCD panel shows ready.
2. Press the Enter button three times. the printer prints a status sheet.
Just trying to work out where the problem is occurring
