    We have a lot of Ricoh devices now - I can recommend those.

    I evaluated and chose a firm for this recently and am happy to pass on the contact details for the place we got them from (one of the big Ricoh partners), just drop me a PM

    (Danwood was one of them, and we didn't choose them)

    With Ricoh it's probably best dealing with them direct so that you get the Catalyst (or whatever its called now) contract, which is the cheapest and also provides the best support service (4hr onsite response).
