Dell - is it to hard to sell me something?

I'm having LOTS of problems with Dell direct at the moment, there sales department well..

I really want a demo of the Optiplex 780 Ultra Small form Factor all in one stand with a 22" monitor, is there any Edugeek suppler out there wouldn’t mind demoing perhaps or anyone with this model I could come and see in the Essex'ish area?
We will be looking to tender in the summer for a 220+ order of various Dell workstations and Laptops.

Our Dell Direct account manager seems impossible to get hold of since they moved them all to Glasgow

I've seen this before on here and other forums... get a reseller!!! Don't ever deal with Dell directly, from what I can see it's obviously not worth the hassle. CPLTD have got a good reputation on here, personally we use CCS Media and have no trouble getting information, quotes or orders processed quickly.

next time give us a shout Duke I'm sure we can make you some valuable savings against your current suppliers Dell pricing ,

But we always use to get the best prices from Dell Direct and before they were really good at getting back to us quickly. They must be pushing back to resellers, I suppose it’s unfair for them if Dell keeps undercutting though I don’t want to pay more in the processes!
