MFP use in classrooms - recommendations and tips
I'm thinking of replacing the colour printers in our ICT suites with colour laserjet MFPs (specifically the M2727 series). From what I can tell cost per page should be approx. 11p/page (toner) which isn't too different to our existing inkjets plus I'll be able to set up scan to email which removes the need to have a scanner attached to a PC.
My concern is that people will use the photocopy feature so I'd like to know if this can be disabled/locked. I'd also like to know how robust the printers are.
Does anybody else use MFPs in this way? Are there any tips or gotchas? Am I wasting my time pursuing the idea?

Firstly... I lied about the model number... I meant CM2320 series. Secondly... I've discovered that the feature locking feature is absent.
