I am using Smart Notebook version 10.6.94.0 and windows XP Pro and have an issue with teachers switching users rather than completely logging out and the smart board service not running for the new user who logs on next. As teachers like to prepare their lessons prior to using the board, especially if another teacher is using the board before them, they often set up note book and then switch user. SmartTechs response has been to suggest users completely log out, thus allowing the new user complete access to the smart board service.
Has anyone had the same problem and found a work around?

12th May 2010, 10:36 AM #3 Thanks Simon
SmartTech have suggested I contact their development team so they might consider my request for a fix. It might be worth others contacting them if they see this a problem.
If anyone is interested their email is featurerequest@smarttech.com
