    Name this connector!

    What are these connectors called?
They're on the mains side of our Toshiba netbook PSUs and we need the male version to make a pat testing adapter cable but can't find them on the RS website
I'm sure one of you good people will know!

Male is an IEC-C5 connector. Female is an IEC-C6.

Single handedly the best picture I have ever seen posted on this board.

Also, I think I might start labelling my box of them Steve too, though I do wish you'd been naming an IEC C13, I have much more of them.

I was first introduced to them as Mickey mouse cables but I believe they are more commonly referred to as cloverleaf.

When I was on about them to my boss and called them Mickey Mouse cables I think he thought I'd gone mad!

If you are trying to pat test the PSU some are going to fail a pat test by the way they are designed as the earth does no travel all the way through the cable only to the psu - I know this is the case the HP chargers we have so would be something to bear in mind incase you suddenly condem all your laptop chargers!
