Well Done TTS - Easi-Speak Pro Issue

I would like to so say a huge thank you to the support guys at TTS for sorting out an issue I had with the Easi-Speak Pro. After getting a batch of 15 I was getting report of missing audio on recordings that only affected MP3s and not WAV files.

After calling their support line I spoke to a very helpful chap who after trying a number of things sent a sample MP3 to their manufacturer who requested one of the Easi-Speak Pros for investigation.

Well after the investigation by the manufacturer they supplied a new firmware and touch wood the issue has not re appeared.

With permission I have attached the firmware if anyone else has encountered this problem.

Thanks very much - I've had the same problem with the Easi-Speak Pros my school received from the TESCO scheme - we've been using some basic Easi-Speaks for ages with no problem. TTS said they would replace the mics but haven't... Now all I need is some instructions for how to upgrade the firmware with the .rar file! In the meantime I'm recording in .wav format...

Just checked. Unzip the rar file, you will find revised formware and PDF with instructions on how to flash the easi-speaks.
