Smartboard Notebook error

Ok so not sure if this is in the correct area or not as i'm not sure if this is a hardware or software problem. Either way we have a whiteboard in one of our class rooms that wont run Notebook. It runs every other Smartboard program just not the notebook. When trying to run Notebook an error occurs that i do not understand (See attached pic)

If any one knows how to sort this problem i would be greatful as i know very little about whiteboards.

I think this was a similar error to one we were getting here with one user. A profile reset seemed to fix it.

Try re-installing the software first. Some schools still use v9 and others v10 so you'll need to check which version you're using.
