Does know anythink about Firmware upgrade on the above switch.

Yesterday I tried to upgrade the firmware using Hyper Terminal - I check contections to the switch and using command line "Upgrade [ip address] BRS01_00_07 bootcode"

I started to load the file but each time it timedout with a message that upgrade had failed!

Help!
