Does anyone know if e-beams have to be mounted "flat" to the board, or whether they can be raised above the board a bit? I am considering using one in a classroom with a rolling whiteboard which is mounted in a sort of frame/box, so the e-beam would need to sit on that, meaning that the pen would be a few inches behind the e-beam - would that work?
