We had a lot of problems about 12 months ago with the XE32's turning themselves off (I think a switch tripped inside the projector). Anyway to cut a long story short a Engineer came on site and reset all 20 projectors as they were inside warranty. I did not see what he did but he did but he did not take the projectors down so he must have done something from menu level ? Does anyone know how to do this.
