3 to offer iPhone next year ? Register Hardware
Sweet. I may just consider getting one next year then providing they do a sim\network free version.

Sounds like an ideal negotiation tool though

Well I hope that the increased competition opens things up and that does indeed happen.

There are unlimited text packages on most networks now.
I am keeping my options open for this one when it comes out here [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e52TSXwj774"]YouTube - Verizon Wireless Motorola Droid (iDon't) Commercial[/ame]

That probably wont happen for a same cost so you will mostly always be cheaper getting a proper contract.

OMG its newer then my iphone by months LOL.
I am now thinking about switching to the Motoroloa Driod (andriod based) as it looks rather ace.

26th October 2009, 03:50 PM #15 I *may* switch to orange when they get the iphone, o2's 3g coverage is down right terrible compared to them. The coverage maps on o2's website are some what of a joke.
You only need to look at the ofcom coverage maps to see how bad o2's 3g service is

My city is apparently "HSPDA" but most of the time it falls over to edge or even GPRS. It was the same with my Nokia. Even when I've travelled the country and came close to London it's sat on edge most of the time. It was pretty bad that I got a better service when I was abroad in Holland than I do on my own network.
