Atom PCs with XP Pro
How does everyone do it?
We are looking at the possibility of putting in these baby PCs like the Asus eeebox and the acer revo. They seem like an absolute steal for word processing, SIMs, etc, only problem being the OS. Obviously we could go terminal services but it seems a shame to waste the power these little machines have, especially the ones with the ION gfx inside.
Something like this seems ideal Acer Revo R3600
Anyone managed to get any of these with XP pro on them? Suppliers, what can you do?

Just bought another two Acer Veriton N260Gs, plus monitors, from Acer Outlet for a total paid of £629.46. Windows XP Pro installed, 2GB RAM, 160GB harddrive.

Come one, there must be some suppliers on here who can give me ball park figures, we'll be looking at 30 possibly 60 of these.

For note, most of the Acer Revo's come with an XP Pro Downgrade. Was shopping for them last week, found Insight to be the most competitively priced.

The Revo's run XP Pro with no problems - see my post on the other thread about these... Anyone using Atom powered desktops?
