For some reason, the installation software for the Canon network photocopiers isn't automatically finding the them. It's supposed to list them by IP address. I can ping them and ping from the photocopier. It won't work instaling manually either. I can manually change the IP address on computers that have been previously installed and they print to the new photocopier. I've tried rebooting the photocopiers but that hasn't helped.
