Morning all,
On my way to London again and wasn't too sure if all of you are aware of the latest Windows, VMWare and S7000 certification.
Windows certified support for SS7000:
Windows Server Catalog
VMWare certified support for SS7000:
URL way to long, Google search VMware HCL, select storage, search Sun, its there.

26th August 2009, 02:31 PM #2 Good news, cheers Phil. I know not everyone checks the HCLs before hardware purchases but it does provide some peace of mind before a big expenditure and it's nice to know everyone's working together and sticking to standards.

the problem is people still need compatibilty with Win 2003 not only with Win 2008 .

Yes but windows 2003 compatibility lacks of mpio and sra/srm .
