Can anyone recommend a supplier of refurb / second-user laptops who deals with consumers, is reputable, preferably sells online, doesn't charge stupid prices and is possibly prepared to answer (via email/phone) remarkably daft questions while resisting the temptation to gouge price-wise.
Most of my contacts either don't sell to end-users, require you to understand an excel sheet listing spec or it's what I get from eBay. I'm reluctant to point them at eBay.
Budget is approx £200 (I've already suggested an Aspire One / Eee - too small) and I've given them brief instructions on reasonably decent models (Thinkpads, Dell business series, maybe HP business).
So far I've got:
Code:

I thought ICT Direct were schools-only and didn't deal with consumers? (or that's the impression I got from their website).
edit: Doh - yes they do - says so if you click the "how do I buy?" link
Dammit - that means I can buy an X60 from them, I'd rather not have known that.

Not sure if that was a "do they sell second hand?", in which case - yes, they do. Or a "they sell second hand, why do you need other companies?", in which case they don't have anything suitable in their inventory atm - the more supplier, the more chance of spotting a bargain.
