LG monitors return

I saw someone mention at some point about the return address for LG monitors now. I would phone LG but you get a different story every time. it used to be ukmonitor@lge.com

Can anyone shed any light on this I seem to remember it might have been Russ or Tony that mentioned it.

Arrghhhh. LG Support is AWFUL!. It took me 6 months to get them to help me.
I can't now remeber their contact details I'm afraid.

They used to be really good last year. You would email them and get a reply within 24 hours saying the courier would be there next day and sure enough they came and swapped the unit. Now like you say its very ahrd to get anything out of them.

I was trying from January to jue to get through to them. E-mail, fax and phone. Nothing. I would do this every week, and still nothing until June when someone eventually picked up. When I explained the difficulty getting through to them the lady on the phone said that there was nothing wrong and the line is manned at all times. This I find doubtful.
I like their monitors, but I'm not buying from them ever again.

I've never had any trouble with them. I have contacted them one day and had a date for a swap out the next. I even had them swap a 17"CRT for a 17"tft becasue they had no CRT in stock.....they asked if we minded having a TFT instead.


What do you think our reply was?

Well I hope you said "yes that would be great however it won't match with the other 29 17" crt's we have in that room so can I swap them all please?"

Well, I took my 17"CRT off my desk and put it in the room with the other 19 and put the new 17"tft on my desk...............................!

I was able to get my LG L1730 swapped very easily after emailing:

They responded and dealt with it all in less than 4 days.
