    Hp 2015 Printer upgrade Ram

We are having a few problems with large prints failing to these printers. We have some DDR2 256 meg loaptop ram kicking around.

Has anyone tried upgrading the printer Ram Did It Work?

Do you know if these modules are the same as the latop Ram

    Any advise would be helpfull.

    Many Thanks

Pretty sure I tried to upgrade the RAM in these only to find nothing we had would fit. Uses 144 Pin DDR2.

    Expensive too!

    You want this

If you dont fancy paying 500 (!!!) for a stick of RAM then we have the Kingston alternative (KTH-LJ2015/256) available for 8 plus delivery
    Hope this helps

Adding memory to these things is a bit overkill isn't it!? Are you sure it's not your print server (if you're using one)? Have you tried printing a large file directy to the printer IP?
