Hp CP2025 paper issue
I have several of these printers networked around the school and it seems that in one of them, the paper comes out curled right over itself. The paper is standard printer paper and is fine everywhere else.
I can't find any answers to this anywhere and I am getting a bit of grief over it so I just thought I'd ask the question - does anyone know a solution other than maybe heavier gauge paper?
Presumably this one printer is getting a bit hotter than the others I have, is there any checks I can do?
Tried HP support - not terribly useful!
I just want to be able to say to the complainant that I have tried everything.
