    HP DL120's

    Hiya,

Does anyone know how many amps the HP Proliant Dl120's pull?

I've checked their datasheet's but it doesn't tell me exactly in amps.

    Thanks in advance

You can buy a little amp/watt meter for £15 odd from places like RM and Maplin. Soooo handy.

I Haven't bought the machine yet, as it's going in a datacentre i don't want to buy it, for it to be high power and cost me a fortune.

    Thanks anyways

Hmm here is the HP power calulator but it does not seem to list the DL120

IIRC it's around the half amp mark when running - maxes about 1-1.25 on startup I think.

Been a little while since I've played with them on an amp meter, will see if I can get a response from old employer and see if they still have record!

  10. Thanks to Willott from:
