Laptop with touchpad like Mac

So.

When I'd never used a Mac before I hated them.
Then I used a Macbook Pro and loved it and realised it's actually Apple I don't like.
Now the honemoon period is over I'm starting to think it's actually touchpad I love more than actual Mac OS.

Is there a PC based laptop with a touchpad that works like the Mac one? Or, maybe if I do the Windows install on my Macbook Pro will I get the functionality?

What does an Apple touchpad do a "normal" touchpad doesn't?

scrolling and right click will work, but i don't think the gestures work in windows

It's the scrolling I'm most interested in.

Nothing worse on a laptop than having to constantly move the cursor to the scrollbars to move the page/window etc. I know some have areas for scrolling on the pads but they rarely work well, and never like two finger scrollingon Mac
