RM Screens
Hi, we have a few rooms that still have old RM computers installed, they have 15" Flat screen TFT monitors, the glass fronted model. Yesterday a pupil punched one of there and it has a very large smash mark all over the screen now.
Does anybody know if I would be able to remove the glass and use the screen without it??

8th December 2008, 10:28 AM #2 Providing it is a glass sheet in front of the panel (most hard glass monitors are) there is no reason why you should not be able to just open the casing, remove (carefully!) the glass, close back up and off you go...

RM Screen
Have a word with RM. We've had laptop keboards suffer from fiddling and they supplied us k/boards for us to fit on site, so they will supply spares- if they carry them. Saved time and money.
