We have just got 70 HP L1750 17" monitors along with stands that piggy back the computer. This means that the original stands are surplus to requirements. I thought we could stick clipboards on them and use them as document holders. Has anyone else any ideas? They are good quality, heavy duty jobs and it would be shame to bin them.

thats a good idea...have not heard that before....they actually would make very stable doc holders...becuase they have weighted bases.
Ps. how come you guys didnt go for the 1908wi monitors with the workstation stands built in, would have been cheaper.

15th June 2009, 09:04 AM #3 Can I bump this? I've made a few desktop whiteboard stands wich are OK but a bit wobbly. So I still have 60 of these stands surplus to requirement. I really don't want to bin them.
