We are looking to replace our ageing Hp 4600/4650 colour laser printers. We are having reliability problems and finding them to be costly in terms of consumables.
What do you recommend we replace them with? We are thinking about Kyocera FS5030’S. Has anybody got any feedback about them?

27th November 2008, 01:02 PM #2 We are going to hire a networked colour laser copier (£400 per year). each print then costs 4p nothing more, full page colour photo? 4p they fix it, they provide toner, we have to provide paper. That's it.No hassle and cheaper to boot.

27th November 2008, 01:04 PM #3 Konica Minolta 4650en I have that, had it so far for 4 months and not seen the need to change toners. the kids print roughly 200 pages a day of colourful posters etc, and the toners show little sign of getting empty.
The printer cost us £390, plus toners are £100 a piece but we would have spent that already by now in toners for hp2550 in the 4 months as the toners dont last long on those either.
