Does anyone know were I could buy second hand HP printers, preferably HP4000. We used a guy from Wigan and he charged 165 quid for a HP4050, but after letting us down a few times, we have dropped him. The ICT budget wouldn’t really stretch to nearly 400 quid for a brand new one or two.

Try asking for Rics contact at 1st Technologies in Clitheroe. He specialises in grade-A second user gear, and will hopefully be advertising here soon.

You could also try Northern Realisations in Bolton:
http://www.realnorth.co.uk
Mapping goodness: BL3 6NR
Telephone: 01204 365911
They do auctions/ebay/recycling from schools etc., but I notice they have an HP4000n in their next auction so you may be able to get what you want from them if you give them a tinkle.
