Konica Magicolor 2430DL
Can someone tell me what's wrong with this printout. The website says to check the envelope levers which i have.
The only toner which is low is the Cyan, surely that wouldn't cause all this?
It's not the best quality picture. It's really faint, and bitty, not solid at all. It should be four solid bands of colour.

There isnt really alot that can go wrong with the konica printers if all your toners are ok you can check the drum unit as far as i know they can be refused and after a couple of refuses the quality can become really bad.

The transfer drum could be cooked or the fuser, is there lots of extra loose toner collecting at the bottom of the printer?

Hmm, well i've got a spare drum cartridge here...might pop that in and see if that makes a difference.

Popped the Drum cartridge in, didnt make a difference.
It reminds me of a paint roller that hasn't got enough paint on it!
Found the manual, It recommends cleaning the laser lens which i've done several times.
