    Regardless of what they say they require, you are still legally entitled to return items to the reseller under the various laws.

    I found HP support great, I just used the website though saved the hassle of talking to bangalore every time and the parts arrived next day and its done, very much an easy process.

    I got two 4700s today and one was DOA. I rang my supplier, gave him the serial and he is arranging a replacement tommorow or Wednesday. He also get the best HP prices by far. If anyone wants his details pm me.

    We have had an issue with a HP laptop this week, blue screening. We have been sent memory but not suspect it to be the HD. The DVD drive also appears to be faulty but they have said the DVD wont be in stock until December.

    I must admit though, we tend to buy a lot of HP kit - Switches, WAP's etc and have never as far as I can remember had any issues with the Procurve range.

    Oh and I forgot anout the moneyback, got 15 back from each of the monitors and its all done online now... you only need to upload an invoice and they put the money straight back into your bank.

    I bought 31 computers at at a price that nobody could beat. I then got 100 back on each set so thats 3100 . I scored many points with our Bus man on that one
