I've found these to be a little quirky - very reliable once you have them up and running nicely, but a little odd to get them going. 3 or 4 different ways of adding printers via them and only 1 seems to behave nicely - the instructions are a bit cryptic.

2nd July 2008, 05:26 PM #5 Which printers are you intending to use them for and are they for printers or multifunctionals?
If you want Canons, then look for Silex/pricom units... For multifunctionals you could do worse than look for a USB server like the one from Belkin which in some ways is often cheaper.
I wouldn't touch D links anymore though for love nor money... They caused me more headaches than any other tat out there.
