Capture Card for Windows Media Encoder

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a Capture Card for Windows Media Encoder 9 (to run on either XP or Vista) to stream Digital TV (built in tuner if possible?), or if neccessary to connect to an external Digi-Box.

Does anybody know/use anything suitable? Ideally needs to have composite inputs, and possibly S Video (though not too important). Anything with an HDMI Input would be great.

Naturally I'm aware of legal issues of streaming tv which I'm looking into.

Hauphaugge do some, I've got some in boxes doing off air and VRC - network stuff. The one with DTV tuner is something like DV1300T. Seems to wor OK on XP, yet to get a Vista box working though.
