This is a personal thing, nothing to do with school
Got a AG Neovo 19" 4:3 TFT, boxed, perfect condition, just wondering roughly what I should ask for it?
Obviously prices have dropped a lot and I see that the cheap generic 19" TFT's are under £100 but the decent branded ones are about £150
Could I be looking at £90-£100 or is that too high?

21st April 2008, 11:49 AM #2 I think you would be looking at closer to £50 - £75

21st April 2008, 01:36 PM #4 a lot of people don't care about brands unfortunately... so I'd agree with the 50-75

21st April 2008, 03:14 PM #5 If it's unused, I'd stretch to £100, but otherwise no more than £80 (because I can get a Viewsonic equivalent for £120).

21st April 2008, 03:50 PM #6 Thats cool, I can live with £75/£80
Thanks

you are joking! I'd push for £100 or more if its the hard glass ones, Neovo are a decent make, i sold one of these last year for £100 and that was used for 6 months and no box.
on another note, just taken delivery of my 24" Dell 2408WFP..... *drools*

22nd April 2008, 03:44 PM #8 It really depends what condition it's in, what resolutions it's capable of and what colour it is (black/silver is the in thing). I would agree that £50 - £75 is spot on.
Prices of screens have come down a lot, especially in the last year and a half

I'm looking to get one of those. If you don't mind my asking, how much did that set you back?

22nd April 2008, 04:06 PM #10 Brand new, branded with three years warranty, £102.
dabs.com - HannsG 19" Widescreen TFT Monitor (HW191D)
22" Branded £137
dabs.com - ViewSonic 20IN LCD WIDE 1680X1050 5MS VA2016W 2000:1 (VA2016W)
19" in the high street costs around £100.
So £55 - 65 tops.

22nd April 2008, 05:08 PM #12 AG Neovo 19"ers are very good monitors. I have one. They still make them, and they go new for around £200.
They are by far the best hard glass screens I've come across!

I've been considering one of those to run alongside my 20" Dell Ultrasharp 2007WFP. Soooooo tempted but struggling to justify spending nearly £500 on a monitor.
I still want one though
What's the verdict on it then? Worth the cash?

23rd April 2008, 09:43 AM #15 Ok, a hard glass one is a different matter, I'd stretch a bit for that (£150 used?)
