Default Media PC's

We are looking at replacing our PC's in media, we are after 10 altogether and looking to spend about £450 each. The main purpose will be Premiere Elements.
What are other schools using? Anybody know of a good supplier?

We are looking at Mac Minis for our new media suite. We got a quote off Oliis for around £550 each (we have to pay VAT), which included screen, keyboard and mouse (without, the Mac Mini is £400 with VAT direct from Apple). The all-in-one PCs that SCL Online sell looked quite good, too. I'm a tad unsure exactly how we're going to handle piles of video footage - we don't have the money for the kind of server that would handle it. Therefore, I was thinking of getting machines that could take external harddrives - i.e. machines with eSATA connections. SCL Online said they could do that for £20 extra, which sounds like a bargain to me.
