Default NEC Projector locked - after power cut

Any ideas of the default keyword for an NEC VT58 Projector?

Has the lamp warning light come on?
You can reset that by holding down the "Help" button on the remote control for 10 seconds to fix that.
Might be worth pulling the power lead out for 30 secs first though to see if that brings it back online.

Hi Macca, thanks for that.

That seems to work on all our other NEC projectors (slight different model), but not this one.

We've done a reset, & the problem still exists. Might have to contact NEC direct
