    Dell E5530 can't change resolution.

    Hi everyone

I have issued a set of E5530s to teachers but they don't pick up the resolution of external monitors or projectors. When I try to change it, the option is greyed out and stuck at the native resolution.

Running win 7 pro 64 bit. Intel hd4000 graphics. Latest driver from Dell website: 9.17.10.3040

    Thanks

What i meant, of course, is "please can anyone help?". I'm stuck and my Google skills have failed me

It wasn't just supposed to be a statement of fact

    All suggestions gratefully received.
