I use AltoDigital, but have just seen an old post where you weren't impressed with the sales person.

I could always give you my account managers details if you want.

Yeh that was from a previous school and the sales person was horrible. The new account manager seems nice but were looking for other options too

    +1 for Konica

We ripped out 130 printers and replaced them with 15 MFDs Bizhub 223/228 /C280/C360)
Using Pcounter and Mifare proximity cards

I've seen no issues with Toshiba MFD's supplied by Arena, cracking support when we've had an angry teacher pull a part out of the printer.

We use a local company and lease Sharp MFPs. spent a lot of time working with them to make sure that it would work properly though. We replaced 100 + printers with 8 MFPs (4 colour, 4 mono) and use papercut to make sure students don't print loads. Still get a lot of waste, but at least we now know how much is being printed. Got them nearly 3 years ago and have now started working on sorting out the new lease for December.
