Hi Pedster, if you search the forums you will find many threads on this topic. We use Print Manager Plus, but there are several others available.
ok cheers for the help m8

The wiki is a fountain of knowledge... see http://edugeekwiki.rm-charlton.net/i...UPS_and_PyKota
We use PCounter from Altman.
Generally works well. Need to be abit picky on what print servers you use but the tech support is first rate.
We use PCounter here too and I've used Northern Print Control (i think that was the name) a few years ago. Both work well - PCounter has nicer licensing terms (or did 3 years ago), but isn't the most beautiful looking piece of software you'll ever use.
We use StopIt (handles disk space quotas too) here - PCounter and Papercut are popular choices, too.

Stopit Here.....seems to behave most of the time
Anyone know any cheap or freeware print limit stuff?
Papercut

Using PyKota here with CUPs on Linux (see Ric's link) all GPL, thus free.
