    Ricoh C4000 MFD - Margins

When our Business training centre try to create a document (e.g. Word) with custom margins of 2.3cm left and right and send it to our Ricoh C4000 MFD to print, the left margin is more narrow (About 1.9cm) and the right hand margin wider (About 2.6cm).

Any idea what is going on? Tried the PCL6 and PCL5 drivers with little success.

Just a quick double check having been caught out by this before - is the paper size set correctly as well?
