PORTABLE STORAGE WITHOUT PC

Hi I know you can get photo frames that show pic files from an SD card without a computer being needed. Can you get anything similar that will allow you to take files from an mp3 player/voice recorder AND a camera without using a computer at all. Ie when travelling to remove mp3 files and jpg files from the devices -to free up space-to a storage device without using a computer ?

For the life of me I can't remember what make or model the camera was I will look for it for you i found this surfing the net some time ago. The camera can connect to a WIFI hotspot and it can upload the photos to a flickr account.

No that wasn't it the actual camera uploaded the photos.

digimate sounds good to clear space on camera flash memory cards while travelling, but what about mp3 files from an mp3 player- actually the voice recorder part of this which records as mp3- can the usb connector which connects to a computer be instead connected to some kind of smart storage device which is not a computer while travelling to make space on the mp3 player?

ok i guess you can't. You could download mp3s from a player to a pda via usb? but pdas tend to have v small storage capacities without extra cards. i suppose the only answer is get a bigger mp3 player/voice recorder for travelling. 8)
