Wireless - WPA/802.1x

I'm having an issue with our wireless setup in regards to a specific batch of laptops. They all have Intel 2915 Wireless cards in them we've set them up to connect using certificates via machine name WPA and 802.1x I think, if you log in as administrator it makes the connection (after login sadly not before like it should) if you then log off, restart or shutdown the next user will be able to login using the wireless however if that user logs out (and they aren't the administrator) it disconnects, any reasons for this? Has anyone else had this issue?

You set group policy to connect as machine only? without user reauthentication?

What access points?

What radius server.

Access Points are Aruba 65 Aruba Controller 2400. Radius Server comes from MS Windows IAS. Certificates have been created and installed.

As for the group policy I thought I'd done that I'll check though.
