Low Profile Graphics Card with either two VGA or two DVI

Hello,

Does anyone know of a low profile graphics that has either 2 x VGA or 2 x DVI ports.

Or failing that a low profile graphics card that fits into a x1 PCIe Slot with 1 x VGA or DVI Port - if they exist.
