Hi Guys,

Just a quickie, I'm at one of my schools and they have a multibay charger for the RM ones. They are pretty old now, but still functioning. The school bought a load of spare batteries when the laptops were new and pulled out a box of what appear to be new batteries. When they go in the charger, the charger just flashes red, indicating an error and the batteries remain uncharged.

Do they need configuring in any way? I have searched RM knowledge base and the forums here to no avail.
