Hey I'm after a little help with something.
I'm a technician at a school and we're looking to centralise our resources & ICT Rooms so they have to be booked via the Intranet.
We want some FREE open source software that can allow staff to login and book rooms and resources as well as be able to integrate with Active Directory.
We've looked at MRBS but can't get it to integrate with AD Structure.
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks in Advice.
James
Theres this one:
Booking System Web Site.
But if you do a search on the site theres loads to choose from, some even created by members here.
Ok thanks will give it ago. Search what site? This one?
Sorry yes, have a search on here theres loads to choose from.

MRBS is really useful. We use IMAP authentication in order let staff log on. If you want some help PM me.

Hi,
@webman on the forums has created a classroom bookings system which will do exactly what you want. can't fault his work and the development is sweet!clever chap!
Take a look here: http://classroombookings.com/
A few threads are around regarding what he has done in regards to development and what peoples thoughts are on it. any questions i am sure he would be happy to answer for you.
another thread here also for you: Classroom booking System
Hope that helps,
James.
And another pointer @EduTech... you missed one!
HAP+ has a booking component to it as well, and rather tidy it is too
Home Access Plus+

@TheScarfedOne - Thank you for that!very kind of you young sir! :P
James.
We use Google Apps and added each lab/venue as a bookable resource. Works well so far, if staff can access their Google Calendars, they can book a venue.
@EduTech, wheres my Thanks button you muppet lol
I have been looking at these booking systems,
Am i correct that the only one that Automatically logs in using LDAP is the Room Booking System ?
Do any others completely log you in without having to type any username/password?
Thanks in advance
