Vectorising magic

Can anyone work there vectorising magic on this one? This is the only image we have available and I'd like to be able to use different colours for different purposes and obviously resize it as appropriate.

Your picture is quite good quality so here it is cleaned up (and right side restored) without vectorsing it.

If you need to change colours - then Paint.net is an easy to use prog with a Recolor tool that'll do the job or if you only need a few colors - let me know and I'll do them for you)
