    Anyone work out what font this is? I forgot to save the .png

    I've already done that.. doesn't work same with the questions based one...

    It has to be one thats in the macromedia suite..

    Have you tired trimming the image to say only "ocal"

    E.g.

    Tried could be washington but its not on the macromedia font list

    It looks very like that! but again not in macromedia Fireworks May just have to redo the logo.

    Does the Macromedia program not use the Font List on the computer? if so.. cant you just go through Control Panel > Fonts ?

    Oh thats interesting... mayb its a font they removed from windows 7. Thanks guys will have to take a look on monday with a XP machine.. or if someone can extract it from there machine, would be helpful

    p.s knowing that I beleave it to be metro

    Well metro dont appear on these lists: Standard Windows fonts

    and i have just checked my windows xp inst and metro dont appear on there either.

    The OP only asks to identify the font, and the image provided appears to be an image of a logo so a system font doesn't necessarily have to be used.

    That is true, but as mossj owns the company logo if it was not a system font you would think he would still have the font downloaded to refer too. :-)

    So my guess is that it is a System Font, he just cant remember which one he chose

    It's not metro, the t is in the wrong style.

    Yes, and its by far not bold enough, even with the weighting adjustments in fireworks it's almost there though... and no it should be a system font, I didn't install any other fonts and I don't think any other users of the laptop would of had the knowledge.
