Well, it sounds like you are a model employee who wouldn't dream of abusing your employers time or resources and are therefore fully qualified to criticise. I am sure these HD videos and audio encoding sessions are a central part of your job as a school technician, hmmm.
because I thought it was extremely unfair.

because I thought it was extremely unfair.
Because rolling out 50 pc's in the space of 3 days, while providing almost constant support for the computer illiterate while trying to dodge cold callers clearly involves all of that. Yeah that guy is a jerk.
If he can make outrageous assumptions then so can I!
He needs to get his fat ass off the computer, stop wasting time reading/trolling the register and GET A JOB! =D
