EduMove - Coming Soon

As many of you are aware at the Edugeek Conference this year, A Small Application EduMove - File Migration Tool was announced to be released.

I know that a lot of you are itching to get your paws on it! (i am too!)

The EduMove Code has been passed over to ZeroHour Today, and it should appear on the Edugeek Projects Site some time later this week here: http://projects.edugeek.net

So all of you who are planning to move your staff/student areas! Only a few more days to wait...

Good to hear that it is going to be released. Does this mean that any of the other 'comming soon' links are soon to be backed up with content or shoud these be edited to 'not avalible'?

Me too - however, if I'd known I would still not have been able to wait for it to be released. I'll be interested to see it though since I may be doing another move at some point.

Wooohooo... can't wait got a huge server move to do and this will prove to be a godsend I am certain. Moving to a whole new server setup.. new domain, new servers/san basically whole new network.. will certainly be able to test this in anger..

Sounds similar to our move! Just getting everything ready here for the move - starting by tidying the office!

Looking forward to being able to use Edumove to save the hassle of moving all those files!

I have just spoken to shaun, he is just creating the Projects page and is awaiting the installers but said it will be on over the weekend. he is pretty busy at the moment with work but said he will find some time over the weekend

Yeah sorry for the delay in getting this out, few things that need to be cleared up before it goes live.

Awaiting peices of the licensing doc etc so shouldn't be too long.

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay I am the one to blame as I have been holding some licensing docs and a new installer.

These have been passed over to the guys today so look for the release very soon.
