    Good luck.

Just one point though. If you are creating a limited company as I read in another thread elsewhere, surely you'll have to publish your accounts, so they will be available for anyone to have a look at?

Im not in the slight bit interested personally to be honest.

Published accounts are not what people think and give only a limited overview of the ins and outs. You basically just get to see how we received, how much we spent (as single sums, not broken down) and the profit. That's about it really. Anyway, it is something for the accountant to deal with.

They cost money to obtain, too, which usually puts of the casual nosey parker.

On another note, are shares of said ltd to be available to members? (I realise you may not even have thought beyond next week yet, but I'm still going to ask )

I won't go into details just yet, but for those who don't know how these things work, when you set up a limited company you issue yourself shares. To begin with I would be the only share holder. When Shaun is ready to come on board he too will get a share. We will pay ourselves a minimum wage level, and the rest of our 'wage' will be made up of share dividends. If we can't make it work them we don't get paid basically.
The problem you have with shares is that the minute you issue them you become answerable to the shareholders, and if s group of them want to get stupid then it causes all kinds of problems.

If you're going to pay yourself via dividends, though, I agree they'll have to be private shares. Onwards PLC!

All sounds good... On the subject of accounts I can highly recommend kashflow.co.uk

Especially useful for the paypal integration and Duane (the boss) is very open to suggestions for improvement. If he asks, tell him "WebSnail" sent you... I drive him nuts with improvements
