Blimey that's a bit early for my liking!! I rolled out of my hotel room at about 11.45

Just got back home now - I am absoloutely creme crackered. The M6/M5 was a horrid horrid road, multiple accidents on both sides and lots of rubbernecking. Only good thing was that I had an escort from 2 fire engines at one point which sliced through the traffic quite nicely. .

    The edugeek conference was fantastic!!!!!!

Gonna have a nice nap now because I am falling asleep!

Well... Rob arrived back... but he isn't in work - this is apparently the fault of Steve?

Well after a great day at the conference, my car has been in the garage all day with a shattered clutch

Went to pick it up at 3 after a call saying it was ready, only to get in it and find the gear stick could move in any direction it chose...

It's still in the garage awaiting more parts

The implication that Rob was barfing may or may not be accurate.

All I know is that our office is at only 50% capacity today

I have a collection of smoothwall business cards here, very trendy ones if i say so myself! I should give him a ring on Monday and wind him up a little

@FN-GM - sorry about that but hey thats google's fault!! Got home fine bit clunky til I got on the M61, then again just at the M60 with traffic down to 30- other than that it was a good journey (no clutch needed @ 70mph lol) but real trouble came, as it always does, as I pulled up, or rather rolled up, in front of my house - couldn't get 1st or 2nd gear at all.. oh and there was a lot of metallic screetching and a rather ominous burning smell too
